There’s more to this story. I’ve been to this venue before. We only had to pay like $10.
That’s fine.

But if myself & gf went tonight, to the SAME crappy place, it’d be $50????

 Right.

2) i’m skint.

I recently watched an interview of Datsik, I think it was from late 2010, where he praised DSF for helping him breakthrough as a producer/DJ(they even flashed the logo when he mentioned it). So basically, everyone here is responsible for his success. So if A does equal B, DSF is responsible for 'Brostep'.

Sorry, science does not lie.

Though, him mentioning DSF probably brought many 'Brosteppers' here who claimed the Skrillex's of the world invented dubstep and other asinine proclomations. This led to many members here to hate on these people, and to in turn hate on 'Brostep'. So if A does equal B, Datsik is responsible for the hate on 'Brostep'.

Hmm, I dunno.......math never was my specialty(also I may or may not be drunk :corntard: )

What exactly IS brostep anyway? I have no clue to be honest. I'm guessing it's the modern sound that emerged of dubstep?
And yeah that was a bit confusing lol

No, not just any modern sound. One particular modern sound...

Also what's with people talking about 'modern' and 'old' dubstep like the genre's been around for longer than like 7-8 years?

I'm talking about from the time it was definitely called dubstep and wasn't just an undefined genre of bass music... wasn't that around 2003/2004?
