hey i just got this compresser. i was toying around with it and i was wondering if any of you knew some good tips for using it for bass compression and drums. im kinda clueless

most compressors work the same and will use the same principles. try using google to search drum compression techniques and bass as well. also theres a compression section in the DSF bible. use it, or come back with more specific questions.

Can't believe for a sec you just bought that without knowing what it does. Lame
Here's some advice - quit production, there's enough crack whore losers out there writing crap tunes already mate.

Noone pays that much for something if they dont know what it does.

OP theres sooo many compression tutorials on here already its unbelievable. Every situation you use a compressor in will be different, either learn the concept or dont, but at least know what your pirating before you pirate it.
