How to make a song sound full?
Alright something ive noticed from even very new producers posting dubs is that their tunes are very full sounding compared to mine. meaning you can clearly hear every element and it takes up the majority of the space in the eq spectrum.. its hard to explain. but i guess the best way i can put it is when i listen to mine it sounds alot quieter and like not as much is going on. like i havent filled out as much space. its not a matter of just turning up the volume. im just wondering, will reading the entire money shot gain structure thread help me with this? or should i be looking into something else? how can i get my tunes to sound sonically profesional so to speak. ie, every element distinguishable but at the same time, every part of the eq spectrum filled out so the song sounds fuller? Any ideas?
