Feelin' Jazzy [Orginal Mix] -- Xploit (Chillstep)

Post by Xploit » Sat Oct 29, 2011 2:53 am

Warm Wobble Chillstep, Sound you can lounge to. This is my very first tune, keep that in mind.
But it's not terrible.

Feedback would be awesome.
Thanks you guys are bouse.

Try just using a sub layer with sparce stabs of midrange that come in and out, if the wobble played less of a roll in the song it might pull together the mellower melodic vibe. ^^

Cool man. One thing to try out would be to maybe place the wobble starting on the upbeat instead of the downbeat since that kick is so, so strong. Playing with the space might be the move. Definitely not bad for a first go!

So basically, add sub bass instead of a Wobble?

Thanks man, I'll mess around with the Pattern placement and see where it gets me.

Not necessarely instead of a wobble, just as opposed to having a straight quarter or eighth note wobble, try 2 "wobs" on the upbeat before the snare, experiment with creative placement and patterns ^^

You're right, al ot of my friends told me the middle lacks variation and the wobble gets a little harsh.

Slow down the FLO's to create a more mellow atmosphere, if thats what you're getting at?
