Thoughts on the proof Skrillex uses samples?

Hey guys, so as you can see from the video below, Skrillex clearly uses samples and remixes things and then claims it as his own, what are your thoughts?

its not like skrillex has a whole set of string instruments that he uses in that song, the roughneck bass intro, etc.

He totally does. I also have the sample pack where he got all the "Are you ready for the roughneck bass" etc all those rasta man samples from rock n roll where he's like rude boy bass mash up the bass and what not. Its from urban and dance vocals from prime loops. The man definitely samples. The thing in cinema where its like "Get up get down" blah blah really fast and high pitched is also a sample from that pack just sped up and pitched up!

if anything that video makes me feel he deserves props for the sampling work.
Even if you could play your own strings and vocals and shit, in a lot of ways it's more skilled, interesting, and creative to use the samples. Thats what people who diss sampling don't understand. It's one thing to decide to play some notes and create a track. it's a whole different thing to hear an old record and say "wow, i hear so many awesome possibilities with that bit of documented history, that i'd like to convey. Now i'm going to have to do this and that with the source material but i'll make it work"
Where you took it from becomes part of the new track's personal story. It adds nostalgia, historical value and context, recognition and appreciation of older documents.

Seen the video before, made me appreciate the song even more. Like, who doesnt sample some shizz? It's fun, and there's so much awesome stuff you can make, just from samples.
+ he never claimed he made the strings or anything himself, did he? He just released the song under his name, and there's nothing wrong in that, since he is the one that made the rest of the song and fitted the samples in. Just my thought.
