Native Instruments Massive Help

Post by LaughAttack » Sun Dec 04, 2011 11:14 pm

Hello,

I have already purchased and downloaded Massive on my laptop, but I also want it on my desktop. When I go to the site and login, there are no "download" options, only "download demo" and "buy". I dont want to download the demo or buy, I just want to download the full version since I already bought it!!!
thanks,
LA

You might be waiting a while mind you :) Make sure you save the download somewhere ;) I had to go through the same process with razor.

I feel like an idiot, but what email to you contact? When I go to the contact section of the site and go to technical support it brings me to a support page and gives me no emails.

I'd call them - and make sure you have your serial on hand. Email will take forever.

Can't you just download the demo then enter your serial number? I'm pretty sure it just launches in demo mode without a serial anyways

I thought Massive required online registration to take place, remember the hassle I had trying to install it onto my offline studio machine :?

this is why i'm pro piracy... they treat paying customers like idiots, making them go through hoops to use software they paid for. i just download the cracked version, up and running in seconds.

emailed NI support about my soundcard, went back and forth over a few weeks with then asking me the same questions each time, ended up solving the issue myself. NI customer support are one of the worst i've ever used.

Log into the website with your service center login details then under the support menu you can find a download updates and drivers section, all your registered product are available to download there.
