Best of the Best... Classic Dubstep Tunes

Post by WeAreStigma » Fri Dec 16, 2011 4:50 am

Whats up forum, im in need of your mighty wisdom so i come with a simple question...

What are the best classic dubstep tracks?

I might start a debate but i need some knowlege. I am looking for the REAL dubstep sound that came from Skream, Benga, Coki, Loefah, Digital Mystiks, Caspa, etc...

Im NOT intrested in that skrillex bullshit! I just want some classy dub... :u:

Im making a classic setlist of hard deep sub bass music but my understanding of classic dubstep doesn't
run as deep as most of you people. Im just looking for some good tunes and that is all :4:

So please reply, post a video, link, whatever! i just need to hear some killer sub-bass

Midnight Request Line, probably my favourite dubstep tune ever.

The new to dubstep thread doesn't start with the absolute classics though, although they're all in there at some point.

Here's a few:

Benga & Coki - Night
Skream - Midnight Request Line
Digital Mystikz - Anti War Dub
Digital Mystikz - Haunted
Skream - Dutch Flowerz
Skream - Rottan
Distance - My Demons
High Plains Drifter - Sholay
Kode9 - Nine Samurai
Loefah - Goat Stare
Loefah - Mud
Coki - Gangsta For Life
Mala - Changes
Hijack - Dally
Pinch - Qawwali

A good place to get some pointers would be the 2007 Youngsta & Geeneus mix CD 'I Love Dubstep' as well as Dubstep Allstars Vol. 2
