Hey so I've got a question for yall! With the internet increasing both the variety of music available and the channels for discovering it, it seems like selling music doesn't bring home the bacon quite like it used to. That kind of begs the question, how is record based experience and a live based experience going to change? I personally think that the importance of making a quality record isn't diminished, but the expectation of what can follow from it needs to be reexamined.
From the way I see it, to actually monetize, live performance seems like its going to be a key player in the future. This is only my idea put together from a rather small sample of exposure but perhaps you could weigh in!!
