What Records Should You Have Bought When You Had The Chance?

Post by dubloke » Thu Jan 05, 2012 12:05 am

Reading the ASBO thread made me think why the fuck didnt I pick it up when it came out!

Others I stupidly slept on:
Rebound X -Land of X for £20 about a year ago
WAR001
ASBO001
Lil Silva - Different
Blawan - Getting Me Down
Silencer - Wow Bass Level 2
Ramadanman - Good Feeling

off the top of my head

punch drunk 005 peverelist - roll with the punches and punch drunk 006
pretty much every DMZ release before DMZ 21
MEDI01,02,03,05,10
It's about dropping a track at the wrong speed, and it sounding better than the real thing.

I was there too when the topic was posted, but on another one of those "don't spend any money on anything" phases  :h: :u: The bumping is really rubbing it in. Also, half a decade ago there was this strange record corner in a skateboarding shop and they had Grime 2 and Oneiric. I bought a Virus Syndicate 12" with a sweet Jammer RMX :6: , which probably lies sunken in a park moat for shits by some urchins as I let it slip my sight for five minutes.

dmz002 was sold out of the distros when i got into dubstep, but i'm sure i could have gotten it for $20 or so on discogs or ebay.

back then i didn't realize newer records could be so valuable so i thought $20 for it was too expensive.
