well this is my first post here pretty much but ive been looking up all kinds of things related to dubstep on this site and youtube..Ive never really made music before ('cept in my head xD) but that last few weeks ive been religiously looking up tutorials on just about everything and although ive learned somethings im still pretty much 99 pct clueless on the grand scheme of making music. anyways after messing with lots of different projects (i dont even know how many i have) the one ive been working on the longest (probably would amount to less than 5 hours of actual work) is the one im going to be uploading right now so I hope you like it. Its pretty much the first..err...noise i created xD. the production is definitely off and its not a song since well... even as we speak im still working on it I could use pointers on just about everything though so i can know what im doing wrong thanks yall

Em... OK, first track.
Not good at the moment. Sounds like you're orienting yourself to brostep.
First, do not forget that dubstep is about the bass. Never forget about this!
I'd advice you to forget about the echo on the kick.
Then, learn about mixing the sounds on the software you're using: this is very, very, VERY important. You'll see, it works like magic: your sounds will become much better!
Everything is in the middle, all sounds are eating themselves... not good. We cannot hear you're synth at all.

You know what im gonna totally redo this x.x thanks very much for the fast reply, after looking at some of the tunes put in here Im going to have to start looking into tutorials for sub bass. I looked at your song also the speculous dub one btw, and the bass in it is freaking epic... I need to learn how to do that
