Not that I'm trying to discourage you from prescription drug abuse or anything, but this is the black box warning for Adderal, I wouldn't fuck with amphetamines personally, there a shitload different than cannabis pharmacologically.

Amphetamines have a high potential for abuse, and administration for prolonged periods of time may lead to drug dependence and must be avoided. Misuse of amphetamines may cause sudden death and serious cardiovascular adverse events.

The I'm not too familiar with OxyContin and other prescription opiates so I'll leave that for someone else to discuss.

If I were you I wouldn't eat the oxy or any opiates. You have no tolerance, it will be too much. Depends how many mg, but if it's like 20mg oxies it's way too much for you. 5-10 is plenty for a first time. Tolerance builds quickly with opiates though. If you rail, you can do small bumps to test it out. Remember though that different brands and different pills have different coatings on them to prevent abuse. Also, some are extended release.

Vicodin is much weaker though, depending on body weight you can eat a few of them. Vicodin/Norco are not usually railed, just eaten. You have to worry more about the acetaminophen/paracetamol in them more than the hydrocodone. Usually they will be like 10mg hydrocodone and 500mg aceta/paracet which acts as a potentiator. You don't want more than 2g of that though or your liver will hate you. You can extract it quite easily though if you have like 50 of them, look into CWE/Cold Water Extraction if you want.

There's not much counterfeiting going on of those like ecstasy, so I wouldn't worry too much if they are labelled (pharm pills must have labels by law). oh, speaking of potentiation, take an alleve (naproxen) and a benadryl (diphenhydramine) 30 minutes before taking the opiates, as well as drinking some tonic water and grapefruit juice (white grapefruit juice ideally) before if you have it. somewhat prevents the build up of tolerance as well as increasing the euphoric and analgesic effects

Yeah I was going to mention white grapefruit a few hours before, but honestly for a first time he shouldn't really make it stronger. Dextromethorphan is the best potentiator though, lots of doctors are recommending it to patients these days instead of upping their doses of opiates as it's safer to take a couple of ml of tussin with your pill than increase dosage.

The cannabis would help with nausea too. I wouldn't recommend mixing anything else though.

Yeah I wouldn't recommend Aleve/NSAIDs along with opiates which usually also contain an additive, NSAIDs are notorious for causing stomach bleeding and other problems. But again he shouldn't be mixing anything anyway, let's stop giving him ideas haha.

Anyway he won't have to worry about tolerance unless he does them a few days in a row, which he definitely should not. That's the short road to addiction. Creeps up quick on a lot of people.
