Midi Keyboard Suggestions

Post by JoeOsoDopke » Sun Jan 15, 2012 11:45 pm

I am searching for a well built midi keyboard. Any suggestions? Here are the products that I have considered so far...

Looking to play live with it along with studio use. I already am getting the QuNeo for a midi pad, (and that will be my main device) however, I still would like pads on these and the fader/slider knobs are a must.

What do you have? hit me up with some suggestions. Open to anything.

Axiom or Oxygen. Both are good, but if you are going to play live, I get the feeling that the Axiom is way more sturdy, also I like the keys better.

you don't recommend the akai 25? I was thinking that one. I am aware of the pads sensitivity issues, but I could always just purchase the sensitivity upgrade (or consequently do it at home by cutting up fridge magnets into the shapes of the rectangles)
What are the benefits of each?
