Lyricist Lounge, Hip Hop showcase event hosted by freestyle extraordinaire LeeN with DJ Sai & Dj Sugai on the decks, bringing you a serious night of Hip Hop vibes.
@ The People's Set - Where you, the Hip-Hop community bring music down for our DJ to play.
@ Open Mic Cyphers - Where anyone of any level of experience can get involved and share their lyricism, POETS, MCs, writers and Freestylers alike all mix it up, as we set the venue a blaze with your universal energies.
@ The ELITE Freestyle Challenge - Each month 4 contestants will be placed into the ELITE Cypher, where they will be given a lyrical challenge which they will have make the lyrics up for there and then, off the top and on the spot! The big question is what challenge will it be this month? Will it be Alphabet Aerobics? Word Rage Warfare? Sick Syllables and Scenarios? We don't know ... they don't know ... all we do know is the Contestants had better be prepared! The winner is appointed by Judge's decision and will go home with the London's Lyricist Lounge Best Freestyler Trophy.
@ Best Beat - Beatmakers & Producers.. you could be one of our three monthly producers who we showcase at LLL who then get to battle it out to see who cooked up this month's "Best Beat" on the night and walk away with the Best Beat trophy.
If you would like to enter send us your MP3 beats (minimum quality mph at 128kbs) using the following link http://dropbox.yousendit.com/NLTProductions in a folder labelled Producer's Name - File Name, and provide your name and a contact number and email address. There are only 3 slots available for the monthly producer showcase so get them whilst they're hot!
