I would say you need to re-evaluate your sound choice a bit. Especially with regard to the drums and the lead that's over the piano in the short breakdown...it's completely out of context. Remember that a good tune is compromised of 90% sound selection and 10% mixing. If you get it right at source the mixing will pretty much do itself. Think of what frequencies you are putting where and what's going to be overlapping. Make sure not too many things overlap frequency regions.
