Just woke up from a Jam City private live act in my dreams featuring animatronic puppets so beautiful they made me cry, orchids and live DX7 hardcore ragga. Can't wait to see it next time, this time in ''real'' life in a week and a couple days at Unsound. Are you going 2 be there 2???

OK so he played full on prince ballad songs with guitar solos and slo mo jersey club workouts inbetween, decorated the stage with roses of all colors and before the last song he played he said

''I wrote this for my girlfriend''

I felt it was more of a snippet of the album than a gig proper, left me with more questions than answers and transported me to unknown place where nothing makes sense but somehow everything does. So good that after he played every gig I attended including Kassem Mosse the bug lee gamble etc felt a little bit lackluster.

Live set wasn't all perfect though - vocal was too quiet and the nord drum machine he had wasn't nearly as abused as I'd like but the formula is really flexible and I think will allow him to grow, have fun with it and perfect it with each performance.

Really like how from a dozen of my friends every each of them had a different opinion about that show. Most didn't like it. Some expected more of the same Classical Curves formula. Some didn't like the voice.

Note to myself - need to listen more to Prince not for the sound design but maybe for the lyrics or songwriting, emotions ideas, imagination etc
