Formant/Vowel EQ VST? Similiar effect as Eq 8

Is there any vsts plugins (preferably free, but dont matter) that can achieve the same effects as Eq 8 in Suite 8? I wish to apply to my reese basses through FL studio. I tried the parametric eq 2 and it just sounded muddy and cheap

Any parametric eq can do this, just look at a formant table and program it in

all EQ8 is just a EQ, perhaps its your brain tricking you, i thought parametric EQ sounded a bit better to be honest.

Kontakt has a few vowel and formant filters, in addition to the fact that it's an awesome sampler with loads of great effects. Check out the second tune in my sig. Pretty much every sound in there was rinsed in kontakt.

Take a standard eq and build your formant filters then automate to taste.

The WOW filter is pretty good at creating vowels.
