Dillinja Appreciation Thread

Post by unwind » Sun Feb 19, 2012 5:39 pm

Arguably the most prolific producer within the drum and bass scene (with over 500 releases produced since 1991), Francis subsequently set up Valve Recordings in partnership with long-term collaborator Lemon D (Kevin King), with whom he also designed and built the Valve Sound System. As well as the record label and sound system, Francis and King have also opened a specialist mastering and vinyl cutting studio, Ear2ground.
Albums include My Sound (1993–2004), Cybotron, as well as Big Bad Bass and The Killa-Hertz with Lemon D.

Absolute legend of drum and bass. Braved fabric on friday night to make his retrospective set from 5-6. Absolutely killed it.

Over the years I've forgotten how many absolute bangers this man has come out with.

Post more of his tunes! There are some I haven't been able to find purely 'cause I can't remember their names!

Love dillinja! such a sick producer! but he has a new thing coming out on valve either this month or early next month and it really is disappointing! And i dont mind some of his newer jump up clangers like tunnel grinder etc. but seriously wtf is this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lDE1P-bPdNg

Nevertheless a sick producer whos tunes never fail on the dancefloor!

I remember Dragonfly being the one on that album. There was a big tune with some shaolin samples as well
