The WIP: Sounds a bit too busy, though I absolutely LOVE that break at 2:11. Just don't bring it in so suddenly. You've got some solid ideas though. Looking forward to hearing, how it all works out.

The second track: Kind of repetitive. Also the high synth is a no-no. It's annoying as hell. Use it on the background, but definitely not as a dominant sound. The whole mix is muddy and REALLY busy. Keep that in mind with the WIP. Bring some sounds to the front, move others to the back, this leaves everything more room and clears up the mix as well.
