Hey, I've always been wondering how to do the effect like a "boom" sound basically a short break.

Don't know exactly what "something" is because my ear sucks for waveforms but looks like a basic one to me. Just play a note, pitch bend it down with a range like -12st or so.

It's just a "Sub Drop" sample from a pack I'm guessing. Or if he made it then he used a Sub-Bass patch with a fast attack/automate the pitch to go down -12 or -24 with the length of the midi note from start to finish.
Just google Vengeance Sound Packs or some shit(Sub Drop Samples) etc.
