Fl Studio 10 Help!

Hello Everyone,
i'm reasonably new to producing and this forum! big upzz,
what it is i have started producing for couple months now (4-5months?) i get to a stage where my drums and synth, meet and they cancel each other out?! i will upload a clip and show you a picture of what i mean, i put both my synth and drums in the Track Selector on FL studio and i get a white shadow. aswell when the track is played the drums change pitch and cut out?! someone explain what is going on please?!

ps. i accept the track isnt 140bpm i make jump up, just need some help!

the white shadow is automation if you right click on the record button does it say it is recording automation if so then what happens was you tweaked a parameter while you had the record function in use hope that helps if not give me some more details and i will try and help
