How do I get this...

i am relitivly new to dubstep production and i listen to alot of skrillex(who doesnt). but the song ruffneck(flux) (the normal flux) has a high pitch dirty bass...i dont know how to get that, cause all synths are diffrent).it almost sounds like high pass but i can get it...help me and for what it is worth i use FL Studio.

Slap Env 1 to the intensity of Osc 1 and drag it up
Env 1 should have Low attack, low level, short to medium decay, and second level knob turned all the way up
Route the Oscillators through a Scream filter and color to taste.
Dimension Expander, Reverb, and pretty much whatever else sounds good to you.
