Simps - Necrotising Fasciitis

Post by Simpski » Sat May 05, 2012 9:58 pm

Hey! I recently started using Reason 5 and this is the first tune I've made with it. Not the best, but i hope to get better with time. :4:

yeah you should probably try making stuff at 140 rather than 702 bpm, thays not a very good tempo for production :cornlol:

but yeah in regards to the tune you need to think about switching things up to keep it interesting dawg, this is just the same wobble for 2 minutes; bring some variation, just mess about with the effects and modulations on the Reason synths and I'm sure you'll fall on to something good :W:

also, you need to bring in a sub bass mate, dubstep isnt dubstep without a sub

good for a beginner, I was equally bad if not worse when I started; but as long as you keep at it, find your own sound and keep coming up with interesting song names like Necrotising Fasciitis (LOL what does it even mean?) you should be getting somewhere in future :)

It is at 140 bpm actually, I thought however the BPM on soundcloud was just a finger challenge or something so i clicked as fast as i could xD. Anyway thanks for the tips:P
