Annoying "Hiccups" in final product??
Okay so I've heard these in a lot of tunes I've downloaded... they're like annoying little stops or skips in the song.... I assumed it was a matter of compression... or I just got a really shitty mp3 or something... but I have this tune I made and it is full of these hiccups here and there... its a wav at 1411kbps... the quality is superb... the mixdown is superb... but I can still hear these hiccups.... WTF? Is this normal??

Are you saying its my soundcard that causes the file to playback that way? So if I ,in theory, played the same file on a better computer would it sound normal?
