Just thought I'de share this, seems like it could be very useful for production. I might give it a try as I always tell myself to just do a bit everyday and I'll get better but sometimes I forget or I'm not motivated

Haha yeah. Jerry Seinfeld sucks.
The show is great, but it's quite a feat to be the worst character on your own show named after you.

I think the 'secret' is having a big reminder of how much you've done on your wall which you feel proud of and thus motivated to keep going
