Haven't heard the original, so really not sure how much of it you've used in this remix. Vocal is pretty horrible, sounds like an early 80s Police b-side, dire stuff.

The woodblock click you've got going on is sitting a bit too high in the mix for my tastes.

We only used the vocals in the song, and to be honest we cleaned them up, as they were dry and muddy. The original song has 250 million views on youtube btw.

Arg, this song has been remixed to death so I honestly don't know what people are trying to prove by throwing more and more versions of it into the world. That being said, this definitely isn't the worst one I've heard, even though it is a little generic. My suggestion would be to try making something like this, only without the rinsed vocals/guitar part, make something that's your own, I think that would shine much brighter than this does. It's not bad, but, like I said, Gotye remixes are insanely forgettable right now.
