Shaun Brockhurst, the artist behind Doctor P, is an English Dubstep producer with a long line of records and many more to come. Brockhurst also produces Drum and Bass sounds under the labels Sounds Destructive, DJ Picto, and Slum Dogz. He co-founded Circus of Records along with Flux Pavilion, Earl Falconer and DJ Swan-E.
According to many, it was his debut in “Sweet Shop” that set him apart from the rest of the crowd.
Brockhurst has been credited with changing the course of the Dubstep genre. He continues to surprise and entice music lovers with New Wave sounds. Some describe his delivery as a surgical dissection of Dubstep itself. He is said to exploit the wonders of the Wobble Bass in his hits, with precise timing and execution on the turntables.
