I'm curious as to what the best starting place would be to make a synth that kind of resembles the one found in this song, http://m.youtube.com/#/watch?desktop_ur ... ArFk&gl=US
It's kind of like a police sound almost I think. I'm not looking for an exact tutorial I'm just trying to find a good starting point.
