remixing anti war dub is the kind of thing you'd expect some youtube producer to do

i could see this working in a mix but on it's own the percussion programming sounds stiff and bland.

Ballsy as fuck on his part. Not to be a dick, but I really don't feel like he did the tune justice in the least.

I've never really understood the hype behind the guy to be honest.

hes turned a great tune into something boring, wheres the original groove gone?

this was awful aswell, its basically just a compa track but with the root sample

i dont see why he did this to both of these tracks, arent they both bootlegs aswell?

Correct, didn't get permission from either artist but doubt he would release it.

Maybe I was more excited about the idea of it rather than the actual tune

It is a bit boring tbh

Dont change your opinion just because others don't like it

Ugh not this again

Fine if you want me to continue to like it I'll pretend to but tbh I woke up and listened to it again this morning and I wasn't as hyped about it as last night

Yeah, I remember hearing it on his sub fm show but he took the best parts out of root and added is own.

Seems even less point remixing it if you're not going to bother using the full vocal.

Don't see the point of remixing anti war dub tbh. Guess it's ok as set opener, but other than that... pretty boring imo.

The fact that its a bootleg is bad enough but at least do the tune justice.

Some tunes should just be left though
