Mine consist of every Kurosawa flick, The Hanzo Trilogy, Sword Of Doom, Twilight Samurai, The Hidden Blade, IZO, Samurai X, theres some more but I'm asking so I won't hog the list!

i dont know really... ive seen some cool shit in the past and lately ive been searching for the good kung-fu/shaolin kinda movies sifting through lots of crappy cheese... hopefully this list will help

Essential!! you can go for Shogun Assassin (compilation of first 2 chapters)
Musashi Miyamoto series, few things by Kurosawa for pure samurai pleasure
from newer things
House of flying daggers is quite good, Tabu (Gohatto), Ninja scrolls anime.
