New York Trip- Advice needed please.

I'm coming to New York for a couple of days and staying here http://www.standardhotels.com/high-line 7th-9th of september.
Work is paying for my wifey and I to go. Can you guys recommend some cools places to eat, shop, party etc in that area. Cool shops not your traditional bullshit. A good place for fresh kicks would be nice.

If you want that traditional itslian style pizza tho hit up the sbarros obviously lol

For some good parties I would recommend pacha, or websters hall

For shopping u got this sick macys and abercrombie and fitch and shit on fifth ave
