they seems to be a problem for me when opening them in reason, i have to open them in audacity and then export it again....

Try to re download them? I just did on another computer, extracted them and then opened them in fruity and they loaded fine for me.

Redownloading wont help. This is Reason being picky about the encoding or something like that. I've come across this problem a few times. Haven't tried loading these into Reason myself, but I know I would get the same error.
