dub sample packs

Post by grimsin » Wed Oct 03, 2012 6:19 pm

So i have been searching the internet for good sample packs under $20 to buy i have a crap ton of free samples but im looking for something better, something with kick, snares, hats, fx etc i dont need all that preset loop stuff just hits. Have found some really good ones but they are all out of my price range ( my wife gave me a 20 dollar spending limit :dunce: ) so basically lookin for something good but within my price range. Any ideas?

Sony has an Acid CD full of wav files called Roots Reggae, it's about that price. Zed Bias did a good CD called Dub Contructor for that price. You're usually way better off buying samples that aren't genre specific though.

If you mean actual dub and not dubstep the Mad Professor sample pack from Loopmasters is pretty good. It's £24.99 so you might have to sweet talk the wife...
