Tribal Drums (BIG Taikos etc...)

Post by Shrine » Mon Oct 08, 2012 7:23 pm

Iite?

Was wondering if anyone has any tribal drums they wish to share? Whether they're links to the packs, or peoples own uploads I'm not fussed really!! Just wish to expand my tribal drum samples, big on the sound of Commodo, Wayfarer, Gantz etc etc... Drums and vocals most useful, especially taikos and big drums, and I'm trying to find one of those heavy "HOH" vocals... Just started producing seriously as just started a new college and proper wanna get smashing out the tunes I like the most.

I have a lot of sample packs, so if people would like to do a private trade or something, I do have a fair few for swapsies :)

Before anyone says, the search bar isn't working at the moment, plus most search results on forums lead to dead links etc etc...

Safe one people :4: x

I don't have any free packs but thanks to this thread I found this sample pack http://8dio.com/?btp_product=solo-taiko-drum if you're willing to fork out the cash. There's a few packs on there actually that would be good to add to the collections.

I got the wave alchemy african rythms pack. I use them heaps in chilled out dub. There was nearly a hundred loops all together, open them up in slicex and there's thousands of possibilities :)

Very nice pack by the looks of things, a bit pricey but most definitely a future purchase.

Any more bangin' packs anyone knows of??

Tenchu soundtracks are gold for this kind of stuff, if you're not above some cheeky sampling

I picked up this http://www.guitarcenter.com/Big-Fish-VI ... 1423391.gc at guitar center and I'm extremely happy with it. I would definitely recommend it. The song I'm working on currently has tons of samples from that pack, nothing fantastic or even noteworthy but to get an example... http://soundcloud.com/dj-skeem/madness-clip
