Re: Virus Recordings tutorial vids
Yea I'm hoping and Ed & Op do the next one since I think they've moved from hardware to software, though I would love to see them making patches on their virus and processing and twisting on their emu etc.

siiick. I love audio's work. Wish he broke down a more complex tune of his. Either way, great seeing his workflow and production style.

I remember seeing an old vid of them in the studio with a lot of hardware gear,
Optical looked all squinty eyed and layed back, twisting up breaks and sounds

Try having a little play with the phases of the oscillators and maybe adjust the number of voices as well.hasezwei wrote:anyone else having trouble recreating the massive patch? thought i'd give it a try, sounds nothing like in the video

As I recall it was from their CD/DVD pack called Out of the Box. Optical uploaded it (or some of it) to his FB page if you want to check it. It was the only reason I joined FB when someone said he uploaded studio videos, but was disappointed to find it was the DVD video I already bought a couple of years before haha. Expensive too, but no regrets on it. FYI it's more funny than technical. Basically them having some laughs and spliffs._v_ wrote:![]()
