Hi to everyone, anyone can ID this tune/artist or album ?

I'm sure was before 2002 year, was an old tape from one friend with no label, has 10 oe 11 tracks the audio is bad i've try to save it recording the tape on my hard disk but with cheap equipment.

I now it's more dub/reggae tracks but earing it seem digitally played or composed...Thanks
