The midrange synth is quite LOUD in the mixdown and is dominating the track and drowning out the other elements.

yeah the main sound is seriously way over the top in volume, remember you want everything to have its place in the frequency spectrum and all consistent levels with each other so they sorta of play off of one another. more or less everything sitting side by side, give some take some depending on what your trying to achieve
your sounds are pretty decent, just get a better mix down.
2:35 was interesting, good job at making some different sounding synths.
next time try moving knobs in smaller amounts and be more precise with what sound you want.
