Growls sound pretty weak tbh. IMO a growl should be thick and present. Im no expert in them so yeah looks around for tuts and stuff

Feel there was to much of a change up between the start and the drop aswell. Starting as this tribal thing and then the drop doesnt really carry on this theme

Surefire - cheers i'll check them out

OllieScott - Cheers for the advice, I originally started making a growl but then went off and made this from the growl sound.. like to mix it up. But totally agree with the change in sound... I tried to include the tribally percs in the drop but they got drowned out by the other sounds, trying to work around that now.

Thanks again for the advice OllieScott... decided to change the track to stick more with the tribal vibe and took out the big "screaches" as going back to it I liked them less anyway

Not a bad growly screach really.
In the right context it can really work.
Should add more of an upfront bass heavy roller.
