Looking into starting to make dubstep?

Hello I'm Cia I'm new on here, basically I love dubstep have done for ages now and I would love to have a go at attempting to make my own dubstep tunes. This is all new to don't know a thing about 'making' music but got to start somewhere ain't you! Would be much appreciated if you could help me out with, Where to start? What I need?
