Trigger Finger Help! :(

Hello all! I just bought the M-Audio Trigger Finger
The problem is that my laptop doesn't recognize my trigger finger it says "Unknown device" Ableton wont recognize it either. Is there a VST or any other software I need to get this working? Where could I find it?

DETAILS, DETAILS!!!! Operating system? DAW? Do you have other hardware that works on your laptop? Did you try downloading the drivers manually?

It's towards the bottom.

It may be a power issue...used to happen to mine. Try plugging it into the strongest usb if you have one (some comps have one main usb). Also try this with the trigger finger being the only usb device plugged into your comp.
