Back to bass work. Just a little something fun from me while I wait for the master from what I've been working on in the back. I felt the kick was a bit low on here.

If you're wondering for any reason the deal with this track was I had a dnb sounding track way back when I first started, I found it lying around and decided to make a bass for it and re-do the drums.

This track is quickly mastered. Enjoy it anyway, I mixed it pretty loud I think.

Well I had to turn it up to really hear what was going on. The Kick is definitely too low but you already mentioned that.
When the keys come in it really brings life to this track as do the strings.. I think they take over a bit though and it almost sounds as if the strings hit an offkey but I may be wrong. I'm not a big fan of the bass sound you used on this track because I feel it clashes a bit with the rest of the sounds. But overall I like the arrangement.
