The Hemlock Recordings boss introduces his new “rough and ready” techno label with a body-shaking taster mix.
Since the release of his debut 12” in 2008, London-based producer Untold has carved out a respected, continually evolving space in-between dubstep, bass and techno. With his Hemlock Recordings label he’s released the likes of James Blake, Cosmin TRG, Mount Kimbie, Pangaea and Pearson Sound’s previous incarnation Ramadanman over the past five years. Now he’s mixing things up once again with the launch of new label Pennyroyal, similarly named after a toxic plant yet focused on the tougher end of techno. Dummy is chuffed to present Untold’s Pennyroyal intro mix, which featuring forthcoming and unreleased tracks from J.Tijn [artwork pictured] and Silkie.
