Issue with editing drums in FL studio 8

Post by smccs » Wed Mar 20, 2013 11:21 pm

OK so when I'm bringing up the channel settings for something in FL Studio 8, for example a kick drum, and I change something like it's attack or decay, anything I do just seems to take the volume down loads irreversibly. Even when I put the settings on the drum back to original it still stays really quiet. What's the problem? Cheers.

First, why the heck haven't you updated to version 10? Doesn't everyone get life time updates? I've never had that problem, but try right clicking on the knob and choosing reset. Should sort you unless you are using a questionable version ;p

Nope, version isn't questionable haha, all legit. Haven't upgraded cos my computer is proper fucking shit and i'm not sure it could handle an upgrade/for what I'm doing, 8 is perfectly fine. Have tried resetting, still is quiet.

I'd just delete it from the project and drop it back in then. You know it's been a while...maybe I do remember stuff like that happening in ver. 8. Been a while.
