I run the Dubsteppers Delight on Sensimedia.net and I know that there are loads of producers out there sitting day and night producing bad ass chunes just wanting to get some feedback.

It is essential that you tag your tracks with your artist name, trackname and send any contact info such as your website, myspace or virb. When I post and podcast the things I do put a clickable link of your choice so you can be reached by newly found fans or whoever wants to get in touch with you.
