This Cargnage & KillaGraham

Post by frozenstylez » Mon Mar 25, 2013 8:19 am

Ok so I really like the main bass in this song:

0:53

I've made a scrapyard "screaming" bass in Massive that's holding me over for now, but its just not quite the same.
It sounds like there's vibrato but it makes my patch sound pretty bad so I don't think I have the right waveform.
One last thing, I know I have to learn more about LFOs and Envelopes, but any super quick tip on the difference in pitch modulation with each of them?

It's a really easy bass to make. 2 sine waves 48 semitones apart with a helluva lot of Parabolic Shaper on. Then a scream filter (just tweek until it sounds right). Then FX to your own taste. :D

Echo both of the last comments... but if you want to make it definitely think Living Tragedy is right, just be sure your resonance is cranked all the way up and then throw some vibrato on it, should take no more than 5 minutes :w:
