Since they mainly go to show off their new airmax 90's + supreme hats & look cool on the camera.

Hahah, you can not believe how many people I have blocked on facebook for posting nike air max adds and promo material.

I see people in dresses with sneakers, guys wearing their neck-ties around their head, ribbons of all sorts....It's like a NY fashion show.

Because you're watching them? How often do you go to a gig and watch the crowd rather than who's performing or just losing yourself in your moment.

The way Boiler Room frames and films their events is weird in so much as they want to show the crowd "having it" (or just bumping around like the hipsters most appear to be) together with the artist. And because you can see the crowd, rather than some shadowy mass on the dancefloor it's a bit alien.

I'm sure people dance like dicks a lot in clubs, just you don't spend an hour / an evening watching just them. Well unless you're in a stalk-y/rape-y mood.

Not sure why I am so defensive. If you'd have spoken to me on Monday I would just say because they are hipster dicks by n large.

There is something very unsettling about watching the average Boiler Room set.

My mate got to go last night. I don't think he owns a pair of air max though.

I'd like to have a pair of air Max's, it'd be like being 15 again, why are they so popular these days? I'd wear mine with my trackies

I love this idea that because people follow fashion trends then they're an arsehole.

I for one didn't say they were assholes. And certainly didn't speak of trends. I said they looked like dicks? What's the matter, not a gym day today?

Also, there's a difference between wearing trendy clothes and acting like a dick about wearing those trendy clothes. BIG DIFFERENCE.

oh yeah...I was also referencing that in regards of facebook statusses. I mean, I don't mind any body wearing Air Maxes (made by slaves) or expensive shoes to a night. Though I never understood that as my shoes usually don't look too fresh after a night. I can't worry about people spilling their drinks over it or stepping on them or kicking rave-floor-goo over them. But that's me!

of course, the above doesn't seem like it is a problem at the boiler room nights...
