bass trouble

hey guys--got this track at the momment and its really low on the bass--so much in fact that i can only hear it on headphone and not thru my speakers

is that a good sign or not?-im not the most technical so anyone for tips on how to keep it low but put it in the background and keep it loud?

i use waves platinum package--if that helps

if you apply that with certain settings, it should even out the bass as such, make the lowest freq. of equal volumes to the rest
