The Dotexe "Bad Habits" sound

So I am listening to this song: Brass Knuckles - Bad Habits (DotExe remix) for a long time now and I was wondering how one of the sounds within that song is made.

The sound is introduced at the second drop, at 1:39 (Check the link)
It's a very high pitched sound which jumps in every now and then. I have no clue how to really decribe the sound and thus I have no idea how to create it.
Has anyone got an idea which sounds are used in the making of this sound?

My best guess would be like 2 sine waves, lots of pitch bend that's for sure. Sorry I couldn't be more help.
