I made a patch almost exactly like it once. You're trying to hard to make it like an xkore bass. It's totally different, like modern talking and a low pass filter or band pass filter with some distortion, something retarded simple.

You'll get the vowel with a low pass on filter 1 and a double notch on filter 2 that's affecting filter 1. about halfway between filters 1 and 2 and your set. Find a gritty wavetable, add shit tonnes of distortion and modulate filters. Done.
