how do run your mic and midi keyboard to repitch live singing...as seen in the chorus of this song
...is it a vocoder with a dry signal or what ? in the video it looks like what ever key he presses..the vocals stay in that key even if the key isnt being held any more..

Image Line's Pitcher can kind of do this. You can run a signal through it (your vocals) and input midi to tune it to, you can also harmonize if you input chords. I'd like to know what he's using though.

Image-Line's harmor does this really well too! Not sure how it'd work live though. But you can record your voice and then resample it and whatever note you play will be vocalized accordingly.
