Personally I think manslaughter. He probably was getting the shit kicked out of him, so it's understandable that he shot the kid, and I wouldn't call that second degree murder. But the 911 person told him there's no need for him to get out of the car and follow Trayvon. He started the fight for no reason. Therefore I would give him manslaughter if it were up to me with a rather hefty minimum sentence.

the fact of the matter is that, regardless of him being the neighbourhood watchman, the police told him to stop following treyvon. zimmerman did not do that.

if you were following me for 5 minutes, in a car then on foot, i'd punch you too. i dont buy the story that zimmerman just sat there and took 25 punches to his head. i dont care how big the assailant is, thats going to knock you out or give you a concussion (which zimmerman was found not to have). why didn't zimmerman bring out his gun in the first place if he felt like there was any danger, and to put his lawyers words into laymans terms, since he was that big of a pussy. i dont think this necessarily had to do with race, but just a case of what happens when you give morons a title and a license to carry a gun. then there is the fact that he wont testify to his own innocence - he is afraid to incriminate himself because he knows he did something wrong.

regardless of if he had any ill intention or not, he still harassed/followed an innocent 17 year old kid and shot him dead. he brought on the altercation. it shouldn't be self defense when you started the confrontation. had he left the police work to the police, trayvon would most likely still be alive today.

Therefore I would give him manslaughter if it were up to me with a rather hefty minimum sentence.

he can actually still get up to 30 years with the manslaughter charges, since there will be others to go with it.

Hannity is a little bitch though. He framed the interview to make Zimmerman look innocent. That was Hannity's sole intention. It shows how damn much of a racist Hannity is. Automatically, without fail, he will defend people accused of being racist and do whatever he can to make them look innocent. He will never make a serious effort to call someone out on racism though, because deep down he is a racist.

Just look at all the shit he says about President Obama. Someone once said something along the lines of "racism is not so much vocalized hatred toward one group of people, but more often showing broad trust towards one group of people and showing broader skepticism towards another". For example, Hannity wanted to see Obama's Harvard transcripts to make sure he wasn't accepted to the college because of affirmative action, while at the same time he couldn't give a damn about George dumbfuck Bush, an alcoholic that got a combined 1206 on his SATs and magically got into Harvard and Yale, clearly because his father was a rich and famous politician. Adjusted from a 2400 score to a 1600 one, I got a 1367, and I didn't even bother applying to Harvard or Yale.

Hannity just never said the "n-word" like paula dean so no one can call him out on it.
